American Airlines Admirals Club G8 Chicago Lounge
Most passengers will use the considerably bigger Admirals Club in Terminal 2, concourses H and K, which offers a more comprehensive collection of services. The American Airlines Admirals Club at Chicago O'Hare Terminal 3, by gate G8, primarily serves American Eagle regional flights. But Terminal 3 club guests are in for a treat: the lounge is one of the first to feature American Airlines' new style, which was launched in 2014. The club has been expanded as a result of the makeover, transforming a worn-out lounge into one of the swankier ones.Chicago American Airlines Admirals Club G8 lounge review
The foyer is striking because sparkling white individual pods with swivel screens resembling iMacs have replaced the once intimidating traditional welcome desk. As you go in, you'll see that the room has crisp, clean lines, thoughtful lighting, and a strong emphasis on white and light colours. The design is efficient and delivers on all the fundamentals, including power outlets at every seat (save at the round dining tables), comfy furniture, and an effective layout. Simplicity and simplicity are the key design elements here. The lounge has a lot of natural light coming in from the floor to ceiling windows, but the jetways right outside block most of the views of the tarmac. The dining room, which is to the right as you approach, cleverly blends a bar, buffet, and order and pick-up station for upscale cuisine options. The layout is practical, beautiful, and encourages movement, similar to a food court at a mall. Along with the café-style tables, there are counter-style tables by the windows that include power outlets, USB ports, and Ethernet ports.
The main seating space is located across from the dining area, hidden behind a thin barrier, and is flanked by a customer service section that has the same customised pods as the reception. There is a power outlet in each seat. The lounge's arrangement, which features rows of beige and white leather seats facing one another, isn't particularly private, but it is effective, and it is normally very quiet--especially when contrasted to the larger club by concourses H and K. Coat racks are a lovely addition. A peaceful area with conventional sitting and a couple egg chairs with ottomans for relaxation is located at the very end and is separated by a glass wall.
