To find the Arlanda Menzies Lounge, enter through the airside part of Terminal 2. There is a green stairway on the left, leading upwards, to the Irish Theme bar, O'Neils. Oddly, walk though this bar, and then at the far end you'll find an incongrus looking lounge entrance.
The lounge is used to Frequent Flyer cards - you don't need an invite - and then you enter a quiet peaceful haven, ideal to recover from the shock of paying nearly sixty pounds for a return on the Arlanda Express to get to the airport.
The Stockholm Airport Menzies Pay In Lounge is quite large with several different seating areas diverging from a large central area, plus two side arms with banks of seating separated by plants, dining chairs, and best of all, a much quieter area at the back.

Alas, the views aren't the best, with a view of check in through the side windows, or at the back, just a blank wall.
The Aurora Menzies Lounge Stockholm is at best described as antiseptic, as opposed to cosy. However there is a nice wall of plants in the middle, and there is little Nordic themed furniture except for reindeer antler lights at the back, but the seats themselves are quiet comfortable.
As you enter the buffet is on the left, and the dining area straight ahead next to the buffet. There are dining chairs, and strange high stools, slotting into square dining spaces.
The furniture, like the tables, chairs, and walls are a little minimalistic, and basic Ikea fare. You can either sit on high chairs, lounging chairs, sofas, dining chairs or even, around the corner, a beanbag, and large squasy leather airchairs.
There are however plenty of nice green 'walls' with giant potted plants, and an ivy wall.
Bizarely in the middle of the lounge is a large reception desk, but it is never used.
Food
Even though there are no real dishes, the buffet itself is is decent enough.
There are slices of pizza on the worktop.
A hot cabinet provides some basic warmed up food; typically meatballs.
Other than that, it's salads all the way, with bowls of lettuce, tomato and olives, with a very good coleslaw. There is a small cheese board, and a cheese platter with plenty of cheese. Cheddar, Edam, Feta and other soft cheeses. They are all here.
There are also some slices of cold salmon, and slices of reindeer meat.

Bar
The bar in the Arlanda Menzies Lounge is perhaps not the best, unless you like your wine shipped in bulk and on draft.
There is wine (red or white, but no indication of origin) on draft beer handles. to the right off the buffet. The wine is typically Scandinavian, which is to say anonymous and cheap.
Beer is much better, and comes from similar draft handles beside the soft drink fountain. There is even Swedish Bulldog beer.
The soft drink fountain has Apple and Lingnberry sparkling juice.
There is a small tray of spirits beside the wine dispenser. It has Bombay sapphire, Tullamore Dew, Madas Vodka, and Campari.

Free Wifi.
Don't miss the bench with a couple of (attached) iPads incase you want to do some work.

There are two newspaper racks. One, in the far room, has lots of copies of Wallpaper, and that's it. The other is a newspaper rack near the door: it has a couple of UK newspapers; the Times, FT, Sun and the Independent.
