Emirates Zurich Lounge
The brand-new Zurich Emirates Lounge has great views over the runway, and vast floor to ceiling windows.The lounge is furnished with Italian marble floors, plus designer blue carpet, Gold Rolex clocks and mahogany room dividers.
There are plenty of comfortable leather armchairs and a choice of formal or relaxed seating, with the usual design of Emirates armchairs, and the slightly new design now seen at Melbourne and Gatwick, with brown leather swivel chairs.
Zurich Emirates Lounge
The new lounge has direct boarding facility onto the aircraft, for the twice daily flights to Dubai, including the lunchtime A380 and evening 777.
With room for 162 passengers across almost 900 square yards of space, the new lounge is located in terminal E, which allows those in Business and First Class very speedy boarding.
Food
There is the usual buffet area, around a round fridge with small plates, and a dining area with 1+1 seating. The buffet has been tweaked for the region, including a variety of Italian and Roman specialities which changes with the seasons. There is also a Children's menu.Bar

Access
Emirates Business Class. Emirates Gold and Qantas Gold frequent flyer.The Emirates Zurich Lounge is available now for economy passengers can just buy their way in on the door for US$100 (which converts to around £66GBP) when travelling with Emirates, or on an Emirates codeshare flight operated by Qantas.
Of course there is free access to Emirates first class and business class passengers.
Emirates Skywards Gold, Platinum and iO cardholders flying with Emirates or Qantas get access, as do Qantas Gold, Platinum, Platinum One and Chairmans Lounge members travelling with Emirates or Qantas.
