British Airways Vancouver Lounge
NEWS: The British Airways lounge Vancouver has now closed, and British Airways now use the Plaza Premium Lounge.
There are both Business Class and First Class British Airways Vancouver Lounges. They are either a welcome oasis, or a small pokey box, depending on when you arrive. However, with just one flight a day, and the lounge open for only three hours a day, it can be a fight to get access to a rather crowded lounge. Arrive, and leave early, if you want to see what is now BA's sole Canadian lounge, following the closure of Montreal and Toronto lounges.

Food
Food isn't great in the British Airways Vancouver Lounge. Indeed, there seems to be an assumption you'll eat on the plane. Both sides have small sandwiches, a hot soup, biscuits, cheese and biscuits plus crisps (what the US call chips). And that's about it. There are also the usual carrot and celery sticks.Bar
By contrast to the food, the drink selection is top notch in the BA YVR lounge. There is free wine, beer and spirits, all around a silver bar (on the Business side) and Gold (on First). There are also three craft beers including an IPA from Steamworks in Gastown, a Vancouver brewery.Business Facilities
Free wifi. Some Canadian newspapers. UK newspapers are the Mail and Times.Bathrooms
