Lufthansa Hamburg Business Class Lounge
The new Hamburg Lufthansa Business lounge has recently been revamped. The revamp also uprates the catering, giving it a more upmarket feel with several hot dishes, and an improved salad bar.
The Lufthansa Business Lounge at Hamburg airport is right at the end of the A concourse, and right above the main Eurowings gates. It shares an entrance with the adjacent Lufthansa Senator Lounge.
Hamburg Lufthansa Business lounge review
The relatively mundane and, dare I say it, rather dull, Lufthansa Hamburg Business Class Lounge, will never win any awards for originality, although it did recently have a small revamp, which added better seating and room dividers.
An L shaped facility, it is quite small, and tends to get rather busy now that Eurowings allows in many frequent flyers to it's lounge.
The design remains relatively utilitarian, although the new room dividers do help, as do the vast windows with great views onto the tarmac.
Right in the middle of the lounge is the buffet and bar, which remain from the old style lounge, which perhaps due to the lack of anything else to look at in the lounge, gets rather more attention that it might otherwise warrant.
Food
There is a small salad bar, and one dish of hot food, plus an occasional hot special of the day. These can often be of the style of cheese on toast, so don't get your hopes up.Bar
The bar in the Lufthansa Business Hamburg Lounge, with two beer taps, white and red wine, and a small collection of spirits.It is a notable step down from the neighbouring Senator lounge at Hamburg Airport.

Bathrooms
In the lounge, although they seemed to miss out on the revamp when the rest of the lounge was updated.The lounge does not have showers.
Access
Lufthansa and SWISS first class, Miles & More Senator, departing on a Lufthansa, Star Alliance or eligible codeshare partner flight and Star Alliance Gold cardholders departing on a same-day Lufthansa or Star Alliance flight.
