The brand new Doha Qatar Airways Business Class Lounge at the New Hamad Airport is a bit of a shocker.
Small, cramp, with poor facilities little food and not much to drink, you are often better sitting out in the main public part of the new terminal.
Indeed, you really do wonder how Qatar airways could have got the main Qatar Business Class lounge in Doha so wrong.
The answer is of course that they haven't - at least, not entirely. For the Doha Qatar Business Class Lounge is not designed for Business Class passengers: it is for oneworld Sapphire passengers, and Qatar passengers with a silver Privilege Club member card somewhere to sit.
