Qatar Airways describes the new Qatar Airways Singapore Lounge as more of a boutique hotel or private club. And they might be right.
While quite small - and we're talking medium small, not cupboard - it is fully equipped with a bar, restaurant, great showers, and two smallish lounging type areas.
The unique feature is the a la carte dining room with an extensive menu with both western and Arabic-influenced dishes.
Access is tightly restricted to just Business Class passengers, and there is no access if you are a top-tier frequent flyer, which makes it seem more exclusive.
