Emirates First Class Dubai Lounge concourse C
The Emirates First Class Lounge, Dubai Concourse C is a small boutique lounge with a tiny dining area, a small bar, and a vast smoking balcony.
It has been revamped in the lastest Emirates style though, and is often the most quiet of the lounges, and with the best view.
However, make no mistake, it is not the best lounge, and if you have time, head to the B or A concourses.
Dubai Emirates First Class lounge review concourse C
The small tiny First Class lounge at the C gates, is rarely visited by first class passengers, mainly because it's hard to find and tucked away, half way along the C concourse, which is one of the smallest of the four terminals.
It is an OK lounge, with a nice fountain, but really not worth the trek unless you happen to be here.
Occupying just one side of the terminal, the lounge has a small upstairs section as well, although much of the space is given over to a smoking area. Alas, this is where the sleeping area is, and as such if you take a short nap, you'll end up covered in smoke.
There's also no day spa here, nor does this lounge have the vast area other concourses, but the Emirates First Class Dubai Lounge concourse C is much quieter than the others, being a great place to wait with lots of natural light, and some of the best views of the airport if you want to watch the world fly by.
Food
Being the smallest, oldest, First Class lounge at Dubai, the restaurant is often stretched. Now, there's still a restaurant, so that's good, and it has the same menus as offered in the other concourses including an all-day dining menu 24 hours a day, but often here because of the long waits for food, it can be best to just go to the buffet. And the buffet here is good. With plenty of cheese and cold cuts, and some great deserts.
Bar
The bar is very basic, with just some wine on the counter, but a full array of spirits.Business Facilities
